- Burbia will be closed over the New Year returning Monday 8th January 2018. All orders placed over the holiday period will be delivered from the Monday onwards.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will send your goods via Courier Preferred or Australia Post within 2-3 working days; however if goods are unavailable, we will notify you straight away, and outline details that delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery at anytime please contact us at email@example.com.
All our canvas prints are made to order and take 2-3 weeks for production and delivery depending on your location within Australia. Currently canvas prints can only be sent within Australia, for overseas delivery please contact us for more information. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have changed your mind we will happily exchange or provide a credit voucher subject to the following conditions.
• Returned goods should be accompanied with receipt.
• The goods returned within 30 days of delivery
• The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased
The above does not apply to any sale items, which are not returnable. Exchanges in this instance are to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located within Australia. If you are located outside Australia and you wish to return faulty goods to us (for repair or otherwise), then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for the freight and handling charges associated with: (a) returning the goods to us; and (b) delivering any repaired or replacement goods back to you. We will advise you of the freight and handling costs associated with returning repaired or replacement goods to us in such circumstances and the repaired or replacement goods will not be sent to you until you have confirmed that you will pay the freight and handling costs.
